📋 Independent Contractor Agreement
By submitting this application, I understand and agree that:
1. Work Relationship:
I am an independent contractor and
NOT
an employee of Go Happy Clean LLC. This platform connects clients with independent cleaning professionals.
2. Taxes:
I am responsible for paying my own taxes, including Self-Employment Tax (15.3%). Go Happy Clean LLC will
NOT
withhold taxes from my payments. If I earn more than $600 in a year, I will receive a 1099-NEC form.
3. W-9 Form:
I understand I must complete and submit a W-9 form upon approval. Go Happy Clean LLC will send me instructions via email.
4. Independence:
I set my own working conditions, use my own materials, and have the freedom to accept or decline jobs.
5. No Benefits:
I am not entitled to employee benefits such as health insurance, paid vacation, or unemployment compensation.
I Accept the Independent Contractor Agreement:
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of the Go Happy Clean LLC Independent Contractor Agreement, including my responsibility to pay my own taxes.
